Robin Goodfellow
He has worked in consulting since 1989, and has concentrated on providing education and training to manufacturing companies, helping them on their path towards manufacturing business excellence. He has also provided consultancy support to projects implementing manufacturing systems. He runs both public and in-house courses for the Institute of Operations Management. His clients include Nokia, Britax Rumbold, Remploy, Bass, Magnet, McKechnie, Nestlé, Otis, Unilever, Philips, Weatherford, GlaxoSmithKline, to name but a few. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Operations Management, is a Certified Fellow in Production & Inventory Management, and was Chair of the IOM Qualifications and Awards Committee. He is married, with two sons who have flown the nest. His hobbies are sport oriented, including football, which he continues to referee, tennis and golf. He completed the London marathon in 2004.
