David Morgan

David has had extensive experience both as a manager and as a consultant. As Information Systems Director for the Simon Engineering group, David headed up a radical update of the use of information systems throughout the group's European and US operations. Earlier in his career he acted as an internal consultant and change manager for the Tube Investments group before joining consultants Towers Perrin and subsequently Price Waterhouse. David's clients have included Shell, Esso, Dresser, Ingersoll-Rand, Alstom, Sonoco, various councils and a host of smaller organisations.

David specialises in assisting organisations in their journeys towards operational excellence in business processes including making the best use of their computer systems. This often involves the redesign of their business processes focusing on substantial operational improvements, making the best use of IT, and bringing the promised benefits through to the bottom line of organisations.

When he's not working on clients' projects, David is active in his local Church and sailing club. He is a keen fell-walker. David and his wife have two student daughters.
